1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Aircux subscription, you can request an unconditional full refund within 30 days of your first payment. We do not ask for a reason; sending your request is enough.
2. How to request a refund
- Write from your account email to [email protected] with "Refund request" in the subject line.
- Share your registered email and, if available, your order or invoice number so we can verify your account and payment.
3. Processing time
Once your request is approved, the refund usually reaches your payment method within 5–10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the next renewal stops and you are not charged again. You can export your data with a single command before or after cancelling.
5. Refunds and merchant of record
Because payment and invoicing are handled by the merchant of record Paddle.com Market Ltd, refunds are also processed through Paddle and returned to the payment method you used.
6. Right of withdrawal (distance sales)
In Türkiye, users acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion, under the Distance Contracts Regulation. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is an additional right that exceeds this statutory period and does not replace it.
