KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by PROCUX Technology Inc. (Parque Tecnológico da Universidade Ege, Edifício İnci, n.º 103, Bornova, İzmir, Turquia) as data controller, within the scope described below. "Aircux" is the trade name of the growth intelligence service offered by this company.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity & contact: name, work email, company, position, phone (early access and contact forms).
• Customer data: data about a business's own customers coming from the channels that business connects — processed only on that business's behalf and on its instructions.
• Usage data: in-service activity records, approval ledger records, security and audit logs.

3. Purposes of processing

• Providing, setting up and operating the service.
• Evaluating early access applications and communication.
• Meeting legal obligations and ensuring auditability.
• Information security, error detection and abuse prevention.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 on the grounds of establishing/performing a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.

5. Transfers and data residency

Data is hosted within the EU and each business's data is technically isolated from the others. Where a transfer abroad takes place, KVKK Art. 9 and appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) apply. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies & web analytics

aircux.com loads no non-essential cookies without your consent. If you consent (KVKK Art. 5(1), explicit consent), we use Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure how the site is used; usage data such as page address, referrer, device/browser details and approximate location is sent to Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, which may process it abroad (including the US). This transfer abroad relies on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9.

If you do not consent, the analytics script is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies from your browser. Our content delivery network separately provides aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics for security and operations.

7. Rights of the data subject (KVKK Art. 11)

• To learn whether your data is processed and to request information.
• To learn whether it is used in line with its purpose.
• To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
• To request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met.
• To object to processing and to claim compensation for damage.
