GDPR Notice

How we process your data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and your rights.

Last updated: 3 October 2026 · Data controller: PROCUX Technology Inc. · English translation provided for convenience; the Turkish version prevails.

1. Data controller

PROCUX Technology Inc. ("Aircux") acts as data controller for account and contact data, and as data processor for the end-customer data that a client connects through its channels. Processing is performed only on documented client instructions.

2. Legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

  • Contract — to provide and operate the service.
  • Legal obligation — to meet statutory and audit requirements.
  • Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
  • Consent — where specifically required (e.g. certain communications).

3. Categories of data

  • Identity & contact details submitted via forms.
  • Usage, approval-ledger and security/audit logs.
  • End-customer data processed on behalf of the client.

4. International transfers & residency

Data is hosted within the EU and each tenant is technically isolated. Where any transfer outside the EEA occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies & web analytics

aircux.com loads no non-essential cookies without your consent. If you consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure how the site is used; usage data such as page address, referrer, device/browser details and approximate location is sent to Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, which may process it abroad (including the US) under its data processing terms.

If you do not consent, the analytics script is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies from your browser. Our content delivery network separately provides aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics for security and operations.

6. Your rights

  • Access, rectification and erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction of and objection to processing.
  • Data portability in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. We respond within one month.
